Learn more about

Our Various
Training Methods

Our team has developed both the eLearning, Instructor-Led, Train-the-Trainer and webinar training models to address the complex and divers needs of organizations and their employee. Employees will be introduced to those skills and competences that are crucial to sustaining positive outcomes. Supervisors/managers will receive training to help them deliver engaging and compelling training sessions.

eLearning

Our team’s eLearning training utilizes a virtual training platform for conducting all training sessions. The virtual training sessions are limited to 30 participants per instructor to ensure that all participants actively participate throughout the entire training and fully understand the importance of and how to transfer the practical training approaches to actual practice. These sessions are structured to follow an outline very similar to the one used for other training sessions. Additional activities are added to ensure that participants remain fully and actively engaged throughout the entire training.

Instructor-Led

Our skilled team of instructors will provide your organization with a personalized, engaging, and hands-on experience whereby participants can network and receive immediate feedback. The face-to-face classroom format is used for conducting these training sessions. The instructor-led training sessions are limited to 25 participants per instructor to ensure that all participants actively participate throughout the entire training and fully understand the importance of and how to transfer the practical training approaches to actual practice.

Train-the-Trainer

Our Train-the-Trainer (TtT) process will provide instruction, coaching, and feedback to prepare your instructors to deliver effective training for your employees. Skills and competencies such as successfully managing the participants and class, responding to challenging questions, and promising approaches for transference of knowledge and practice will be discussed. The TtT sessions are limited to 25 participants per instructor to ensure that all participants actively participate throughout the entire training and fully understand the importance of how to transfer the practical training approaches to actual practice. The participants will be required to demonstrate their ability to successfully deliver specific training content. Our techniques include:

Cohort Based

Our cohort-based training will create a collaborative learning environment that will allow groups of employees to advance through an educational program together. Our model will enhance the success of participants through a consistent structure that offers a stable and supportive group of classmates which increases retention, participant involvement, networking, and a sense of belonging. The cohort for this training can consist of individuals from the same or from multiple organizations. The cohort length can range from 6 to 9 months depending on the needs of the organization(s) as well as to allow sufficient time for transferring the training knowledge and skills to actual practice.

Webinars

The GCCL team understands and values the fact that organizations are constantly challenged with providing employees with mandated training as well as meeting their group training needs. Organizations are required to find multiple hours for training while ensuring that operations do not suffer. Webinars are considered one of the easiest and smartest method for expanding employees’ knowledge and skills. Our webinars are structured to be conducted in 1.5 to 2 hours sessions. GCCL thinks that it is critical for these sessions not to exceed 2 hours, making them a viable option for any organization.
