My name is Haynes (pronounced Ha-ness) Morrison, and I am a wife and mother of 3 beautiful children. We reside in Avon, Indiana. I come from a very diverse background in the Caribbean (Martinique) and West Africa, which has allowed me to engage in international residential and outreach work both in the African Diaspora and Europe. I obtained my Bachelor’s in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts-Boston and my Master’s in Social Work and Social Policy from the University of Pennsylvania. I am also a Ph.D. Candidate in Nonprofit Management with a Specialization in Leadership.

I have fifteen plus years of executive and senior leadership experience in residential care, community base-services, program auditing, implementing vital programs and activities to support NGOs’ and for-profit mission along with evaluation and assessment experience. I also have consulting, facilitation of training, operations and fiscal experience along with managing complex projects, drafting and evaluation of policies, program development, implantation of multi counties programs, developing high-performance measures, supporting economic and human growth, assessment, compliance, and fiscal management in a service-based industry.
